Returns & Refunds — 30-Day Easy Returns

Every Printeroff order comes with a 30-day return window. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be in their original condition with all included accessories, cables, and documentation, and ideally in their original packaging. We will issue a return label and, once the item is received and inspected, refund the original payment method within five to ten business days. Customer-induced damage, missing accessories, or items returned outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer warranty in addition to our return policy.
